“Find peace, stillness, clarity and focus this Ramadan.” ClassPass
For muslims Ramadan is not just about fasting but also about being healthy and maintaining/or introducing some kind of wellness routine. With shorter working hours throughout the holy month, non-fasters may find themselves with more spare time during the day to devote to self-care. Whether you are fasting or not why not try a new fitness session, book some personal training or a meditation class or just relax with a treatment at one of the capital’s many spas. Here are some ideas on how to dedicate some of that extra time to your own wellbeing this month.
