For muslims Ramadan is not just about fasting but also about being healthy and maintaining/or introducing some kind of wellness routine. With shorter working hours throughout the holy month, non-fasters may find themselves with more spare time during the day to devote to self-care. Whether you are fasting or not why not try a new fitness session, book some personal training or a meditation class or just relax with a treatment at one of the capital’s many spas. Here are some ideas on how to dedicate some of that extra time to your own wellbeing this month.

The Studio – Located near the Corniche, The Studio is offering a Ramadan Full Moon Cleansing on Saturday 18th May from 8:30 until 10:00pm for AED 160 per person (includes smoothie & dates). The self-healing workshop is designed to harness the healing power of the Full Moon during the holy month of Ramadan.
