This weeks photo challenge is simply Room. The brief was also simple ‘From the four walls that currently surround you to the infinite potential of space, this week we’d like you to show us your take on room, rooms, or a room.’

I have chosen these photos that show our ‘Room with a View’. The view from the living room from our apartment here in Abu Dhabi that looks out across the beach and beyond.

  1. It’s very beautiful, when I saw the first photo I thought it was in the Caribbean. I really would like to visit Abu Dhabi. But I’m not sure how women are treated in public places, like can we go to beaches? Because spending a lot of money on the trip and don’t have the freedom to swim will not be worth. I prefer to go the caribbean or another beach place, since to me vacation means hot places and beaches.

    1. Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your comment. Abu Dhabi has lots of lovely beaches and you can swim at them all, there are even women only beaches if you prefer. It’s very westernised here you just have to be respectful of the culture in certain places. The UAE is certainly a great place to visit with lots to do and see. 😉
