This week I decided that along with the ongoing squat challenge it was also time to sort out my nutrition, which if I’m honest is very poor (uh oh another confession). I am a vegetarian, but a bad vegetarian with a serious sweet tooth.

For anyone that knows me, you know that the title of this post is clearly not true, well it wasn’t until yesterday!
It seems that my previous post entitled ‘Finding my Inner Core’ where I quite plainly stated that me and exercise are not friends has not deterred my other half from trying to get me to participate in some sort of fitness beside my Pilates classes.

Me and exercise are not friends. Me and excuses for not doing exercise are best mates. Pilates is an exception to this rocky friendship.
