Illustrated in full colour it’s a little insight into our world here in AD. Now it may be filled with an abundance of IKEA furniture, interspersed with some art and trinkets from our travels and family photos (taken down for the magazine shoot) but for now it’s where we call home and it does have a really lovely sea view. I certainly miss all my possessions from home, which are in storage for the foreseeable future, my comfy bed, my leather sofas, my sharp knives etc etc (I could go on and on and on………) but hey that’s expat life for you!

The Abu Dhabi Week is a fantastic free weekly magazine that comes out every Thursday (our Friday) ahead of the weekend. In glorious full colour every week it’s packed with all the information of what is going on in the city in the next seven days as well as reviews of previous events, editorial, coming soons, restaurant reviews, adverts, lifestyle, retail, property guide, classifieds, competitions and so much more. With a readership of just under 82,000, it really is a must have for every capital dweller.
